He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Gwangwoon University, M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Gwangwoon University and New York University, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Prior to NEWRACOM, Dr. Lee served as the Director of ETRI for more than 14 years, during which he received two Minister’s Awards for outstanding achievement for R&D projects in 2006 and 2008. He is a named inventor in nearly 600 domestic and international patents related to WLAN research. He brings wide experience among the development, manufacturing, and sales of IC products to the company as a 30+ year veteran in the semiconductor business arena. Prior to joining NEWRATEK, Mr. Cho served as CMO of DK Semicon, CEO of Arum Mobile, Sales & Marketing VP of Woosim System, Sr. Design Consultant of Professional Service Group, Synopsys, and Project Leader of ASIC Design Team, Daewoo Semiconductor.
